Does anyone here have any creative designs for chastity belts for men that they would like to share?

As with many people I can pull out of the CB-X000's that I've tried, even with the smallest ring (Which I can't sleep in anyway).

I have tried a couple of metal belts but I've never been able to get one that fits right, despite getting measured, they always seem to rub somewhere.

But I am interested in if anyone else has any ideas that should be secure and not rub. I'd be happy to test some designs, maybe help fund some, and recently I've even been trying some DIY, but no real good solutions.

So how about starting a brainstorming thread that could maybe help us all out?

P.S Looks like the Neosteel Arch has some potential, but that thing is expensive even by metal belt standards.

Gaz- What is your body type... thin, average, husky (as they used to call it... lol)? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Where does it rub? Were the belts you tried standard straight waist or ergonomic? This will give us an idea of where to start with suggestions.

Well I was thinking General Ideas, but you can have specifics too. :-)

I'm about 6'1 240lbs, so I'd describe it as a beer belly :-)

The CBX000s did the usual ring rub, the metal belts both stuck or rubbered on the top of the hip bones, and between the legs where the front shield always seemed to wide. At the end of a day in it my wife would joke I was walking like John Wayne :-). The waists on both belts were ergonomic, but I think companies are making more severe curves to the waists now too.

My thoughts are ball trap devices don't seem to work for me, and I need to find a waist/through leg design that works better?

There's no reason why a chastity belt should be build like a hi-tech pair of sandals.

Mine uses nylon webbing for the belt and buttock straps. Very comfortable, and it dries quickly after showering.

Getting the right size and shape of cup is challenging: too small and there are spare flaps of scrotum - unsightly and uncomfortable. Too large, and it's John Wayne time again. A partial answer seems to be to create a penis tube with the thinest possible walls.

If I were to buy a commercial belt, I'd be tempted by http://www.chastitysteel.com/. However, they don't exactly create a flat profile.

What sort of nylon webbing do you use, I would have thought that would have been fairly sharp between the legs?

I was thinking a cup was definitely a good way to go. The tube size seems to elude me, but I hadn't given thickness much thought. Two long and narrow and it leads to swelling, to short and you catch your balls round the bottom. Without a curve and I just "grow" out of it. Perhaps I need to find a larger diameter tube with a bend in it. Anyone have any ideas?

I supposed I could get a pipe bender but I don't really like the idea of the cut metal, to many chances to cut back, I'm far happier working with plastics I can sand.

Chastitysteel.com looks promising but with the lining I think there would still be sticking. Need to look at some sort of rolled metal edges on the waist band.

Gaz.
I you are into plastic tubes, you can cut several angular small slices of a tube, and glue them together, and create a bend. You have to limit the angle for some max 10 degree, at each section. Otherwise the curve will not be smooth.
Each section have to be plane sanded, before glueing with superglue. after each joint, you have to sand inside, while you still can reach good enough. Perhaps, you need some practising, before you get satisfied.

It is a quite straightforward method to experiment what shape you are looking for.
It wont be nuclear proof, but hold for normal use. (almost)

Be sure to use a plastic that is "glueable", such as PVC or PP. (try out) Avoid any fat involved before glueing. Clean fingers...

Plastics, such as PVC can also be shaped by heat.
I have used tubes, meant for electrics and plumbing with success.

Just experiment and have fun. ;-)

I use polymer clay for the tube. Am about to experiment with Polymorph plastic.

Webbing: For the belt, I use regular black stuff from a saddler's supplier. For the straps, some slightly worn thinner strapping salvaged from an old laptop case.
