It's new years eve 1999, and a team of Singapore home office engineers have just completed developing the latest in chastity, anti-adultery and anti-rape device for use by all male and female citizens reaching puberty.
Both male and female chastity device is made of the latest in light weight and high-tech polymer materials.
The belt for the male consist of a design similar in design to the Tollyboy and Jones version.
However, it is 50% lighter, and the penis tube has sensors that can detect the slightest trace of erections and seminal fluid from ejaculations ! It also has a sensor that detects sexual arousal, and can give off electric shocks to dampen arousal base on a set pattern. The lock of the belt, uses special magnetic sensors, and is tamper-proof, as compared to conventional locks. There is also a timer, to set the lock to open at a specific time, or through a control panel via GSM frequencies. The female belt, also similar in design to the 'Tollyboy' and Jones, belt, but also has the same features as the male version.

However, the frontal plate has special sensors that detect whether the wearer is having a sexual arousal, and can be program to give mild to severe electric shocks to dampen the desire. The frontal shield can also detect the onset of menstruation, and the vaginal openeing will open up by an inch to allow insertion of tampon, but prevent a penis from penetration. It is so smart, that it can detect whether penetration is by a penis, or tampon. If a penis is transpassing the frontal slit, electric shocks will be administered by the smart electronics !

The engineers did many live tests, and are so confident, that escape and traspassing attempts are simply impossible ! The main reason the belt was ever developed, was due to the fact that cases of rape,fornication and adultery has been on the rise, and the authorities are looking long and hard as to bringing down the adverse figures ! The issue of rape being more serious, as lately many fathers are raping their daughters, and the rape of mentally retarded child worsen the problem.

The male and female belts are fitted at a specified fitting centre, to the wearer the moment the child reaches puberty, usually from 12 years old. New and larger belts will be fitted as the wearer grows bigger, and that it is paid for by the home office. Once the wearer register his or her marriage, he or she is given her own magnetic key to unlock their belts at will. However, for any single or unmarried individuals, the belt stays lock until one has register for marriage. The device is such that it can be program to prevent the wearer from leaving the house via electronic locks and sensors, if the belt is not lock or worn by the wearer.
All this is done either for unmarried individuals, by the home affairs department, or the spouse of married couples.

However this device is so smart, that the home control unit can detect non- married couples who tries to remove the belts at home, will cause the frontal plates to remain firmly locked even if the correct code entered on the control unit to prevent fornication ! The device will sound a red alert, if it has been tamper with, or attempts to force open the lock or frontal shield. All this being possible by sattlelite and GPS (Global Positioning System). The belt will only be released when the detector detects the non -married partner is not around the vincinity, all this governed by smart readers and electronic home units, which will be fitted to all homes, by certified Home affairs engineers.

To prevent adverse health effects, the wearer belts will be released at will by keying in a special pin number, and the individual can masturbate in a safe and secure enviroment. However this is only possible from the house only, as the system will not allow releasing of the frontal plate anywhere, other than the pre-assigned home unit. For the male version,as soon as a man is convicted of rape or any sexual related crime, he will be forced to wear this device, irrespective of whether he is married or not.

Husbands who suspected their wife's of havind a lover or affair, can now lock and set the device whenever away from her, in recording mode, that monitors vaginal arousals and discharge, illicit cunnilingus, can set the belt in full alert mode, that will set off an electrical shock to thwart the thought or action. For the wife, who thinks hubby is having a great time with a mistress or lover, she can lock his belt and also set it to full alert mode to monitor his sexual activities. The wife, will be given the special control unit for which he has no access, and she can only open it in the confines of the house.

Each time the device is released, there is a fully logging record, as to how long the device has been left open, and when it was locked back, and evidence of tampering of the unit and lock. When 1/1/2000 arrives, all who has reaches puberty must report to fitting centres to have their belts custom made to their physical contours, and report for final fitting and locking.

Failure to do so, will result in the police arresting the trespasser on sight, and charge in a district court.
The penalty is 10 years locked in a belt with no release or access to a release control home unit at home, irrespective whether the person is married or not. With such a severe punishment, most citizens interviewed said that they will report as required on time !

The Home affair ministry has already mentioned that with such a chastity program on the move, adultery, fornication and rape, will be a thing of the past..................
