Bill Jones Female Sample Belt Notes

Updated 10-7-98

Some time ago, Bill Jones provided this technical sample belt to a long time friend. He and I are also good friends, and he has allowed me to borrow his belt to photograph it and talk about it on my web site.

This is the first REAL belt I have ever seen or touched in person. It is extremely well made, and looks as I would expect it too. The belt, is very light as well considering it is made from stainless steel. The belt weighs less than 2 lbs, according to my home scale. The belt is extremely strong and tough. The steel waist band doesn't give AT ALL when I attempt to bend or pull it. The steel chains are also very light and strong. I seriously doubt a belt that fit properly could be cut off without very advanced tools, and without hurting the wearer in the process.

The belt is an example of Bill Jones Classic Model, with one difference. Instead of a 0.5" slit in the shield, there are 3 rows of 0.125" drilled holes. The reason for this is that the lady the front shield was origonally made for had pierced labia. She did not want the piercings to pinch through the shield, so small holes were used instead of the slit.

I have added very high quality images of the belt and it's parts. Check here for the images page. I hope the images and descriptions available here will help who hasn't seen a real belt to learn more about how they feel and look.
