Webmaster's Notes: The following comments are about the Walter Goethals type male belt. From: supera Subject: (cb) Rebuttal to #93 I just finished posting a note about my WG telling how wonderful it is and then I was reading the newstuff page when I came across the posting regarding belt #93. I offer the following comments: LOCKING PLATE: YMMV, but I have not had this particular problem. I suspect if all depends upon how much spare insulation we are carrying. While I have 'some' (6'1" @ 200 lbs), I apparently don't have enough to squeeze in that slot. ANUS RING: I found the foam on the ring also somewhat uncomfortable, but upon the advice of coating the penis before inserting into the tube, I put a coating of vaseline on the foam before locking the belt on and that greatly helped. While it was at worst - uncomfortable, I could have survived without doing anything. The only time it became noticeable was after Mrs. SA & took a 2 mile walk. COCCYX BAR & WAIST STRAP: I found no problems here at all. DRAIN HOLES: A while back, another recent WG belt had a problem with this too. I have had none! And when it came to cleaning, I take my showerhead-on-a-hose and squirt it up there. Besides cleaning the inside out, its the most sensation I've received in the last 11 days. And yes, it REALLY prohibits any sensation at all - I never knew how good I had it with the Jones. All in all, it was ready to go right out of the box and much more comfortable than my Jones was at the outset. But then, after having one belt to compare and make measurements against, we kinda knew what we were up against. I'm not trying to diminish and problems any of you may have had, and realize all these comments are informational & constructive criticism, but I also want to let others know that WG does make as good (if not better) product than all of the other belt makers. A lot of these problems I sure could be cured by a personal fit, but who can afford that? Which btw Latowski requires (if I recall) - did anyone every get one his belts? WG's one downfall is his order to receipt backlog, but then, good things are worth waiting for. -- * * * Super ***** * *
