New Remy Chastity Tube Initial Impressions

I've got to admit, when I first heard of the Remy Chastity Tube about a year ago, I didn't think much of it. How could something so simple work? Well, surpise - now I have one, and it works VERY WELL!

I recieved the package Saturday, and immediately I knew what it was. So once I got in the house, I tore it open and took a look at the device. It looks small, and measures approimately 3 1/2" long, by about 1 1/2" in diameter. I asked for the small locking ring which is just under 5" in circumference.

My Chastity Tube was colored black, and is of the "Second Genreation" style. This "Second Generation" style has a more curved Chastity Tube, and a series of holes on the underside of the tube below the penis head to allow for drainage or fluids.

As soon as I opened the package yesterday, I tried to put the tube on. It is a lot tougher than it looks!! It took my three tries over the course of an hour to put the device on. There were a couple of reasons for the trouble getting it on. First, the locking ring is perhaps a bit too small, this of course is my own fault since I supplied the measurement. Second, when one gets "excited" it is rather difficult to connect the tube to the locking ring.

Once I got it on, it was pretty smooth sailing from there. The device is extremely comfortable, and is completely invisible under street clothing. I wore the device last night for around 3 hours, which included some time out on the town, and some time lounging around the house. When I took it off, I had no edema (swelling) problems, bruises or pinches. So far so good!

After lunch today, I put the device back on again. Much easier this time. I've learned a few tricks already which seem to help:

Shave the underside of the testicles. The hair down there tends to get caught in the ring when wearing it and putting it on. Its not a big deal, but with no hair down there, it isn't a problem at all.
Be sure to be completely flacid. Even the second time when it took only about a minute, it does take a bit of time to get the device on and comfortable. Be sure to be completely flacid so if you start to get excited, you can still get the device on and locked.
Be sure to check for pinched skin BEFORE locking. Even as well designed as the device is, you can still pinch skin between the tube and the ring. Check to make sure there is no excess skin before you lock the tube in place.

After using the above tips today, I was able to lock myself up in less than a minute. You may also want to consider applying some talc powder to keep sweat from building up.

General Impressions so Far:

I am amazed at how well the device fits. Even though the ring is a bit tight, I think that this is good because there is no way it is going to just slip off.
I am equally amazed that even though I supplied only one measurement, the device fits me well in every way. For instance the "pee hole" at the end of the tube perfectly lines up with my urethra. Likewise I fit the tube comfortably when flacid.
I REALLY don't think I can experience an orgasm in the device. I have tried every way I know how, but I simply cannot touch ANY part of my penis. No way, no how. So manual, or any other direct stimulation is out. The one test I have not tried is a vibrator. In time I will see if it is possible, but I doubt it - look for results in a more complete review later this week.
I like the fact that it is small, and lightweight. I workout a lot and I think that a device like this would be well suited to wear during excersize. I haven't worn it to the workout center yet, but I will be sure to report results in a more complete review when I do.

UPDATE 3-23-99:

Well, I've worn the device each of the past 4 days. I'm very impressed. Its relatively comfortable, and it is very concealable. The longest I've worn the device was about 6 hours. During that time I experienced little discomfort which was mostly hairs being pulled. (OUCH!) Since then have done a better job shaving my scrotum, and I have used generous amounts of Baby Powder to keep the area dry.

All in all it is very comfortable. I have tried every way I can think of to "defeat" the device, but as of yet, I have not. I'm glad I haven't because it makes it that much better.

I've been able to workout in the device without problem. The workout was just over 25 minutes on an Elliptical machine, with some abdominal crunches as well - nothing too serious, but enough to prove the device can be worn while working out. I was able to shower without incident afterwards. The device is easy to clean since the water and soap can easily get inside the tube while your wearing it and non-erect.

The next "test" of the device is the sleep test. I haven't tried to sleep in it yet, but I'll report when I do.
