It is about 45min - 1hr drive east from Dortmund/Cologne, just off autobahn A2
and he provides an excellent map. You seem to have to go there as he has no
agents and relies on lots of accurate measurements that he takes himself. It
takes about 50 min to measure up a male belt but allow 90  min as it is not as
simple as that.

I don't know how he got into the business, but he makes a wide range of
bondage/fetish kit. As well as chastity belts, M & F, he makes whole body
frame-type restraints that fix to a floor or wall and an amazing female-torso
enclosing restraint, all from beaten metal. The finish is excellent and highly polished.

If you have fixed an appointment and got there you can expect (for a male belt
fitting) to be given a thing like a wrestler's singlet to change into. There
is a curtained off end to one room full of samples and a fish tank.

Over that a partly formed pattern belt is worn and the measurements made
whilst in it. It can be a bit intimidating, I got there fresh from a plane (I
hate flying) and after driving on the right for the first time but was put at
ease and involved in what was going on.

He had found an interpreter, a student, who did an excellent job and we had
spoken briefly on the phone before I went.

When that is over it takes 6 weeks or so, depending how busy he is.

Payment is to a bank in Germany (Volksbank). He provides details by post or
fax. It is worth asking if banks local to you have an arrangement with them or
you will have to pay 2 sets of transfer charges. You need to pay 5 days in
advance of collection/dispatch, he would not accept a deposit.

I got the impression that he was likely to work when he felt like it and I
waited 9 weeks as he was going on holiday and I had found an opportunity to
get to Germany then rather than earlier.

When I went to collect it I was asked if I would like to try it on. Pretty
much a disaster as I was nervous and hurried it. I tried to slip one leg into
it without undoing the fixing, that meant it was too tight that side and
almost impossible to do up on the other. I also lost one of the fixing studs.
I had also put on a pound or four since the measuring. I should have laughed
but it did not take me that way.
I sort of got into it and then out again and left. They were charming, but I
thought I might have wasted my time and money.

If you have the nerve and collect in person ask to be dressed! If you are
putting it on for the first time in private, my experience may help.

With practice, things are fine. It is tight the {redflash} pictures in the
database show it rides high on the hips. It is important to fit the scrotum
carefully into the pouch in the silicone insert and to lube the penis. After
that it is a case of breathing in and locating the studs at the sides and
engaging the locks through their fixing holes.

The pouch is excellent, you will be asked to choose from 3 samples for size.
It spreads the pressure over the lower abdomen & keeps the metal at the crotch
just clear of the skin. Two holes allow some rinsing of the penis compartment
using a syringe (provided). Mine does not move at all on the waist and there
is little one can do to put any pressure on the penis.

The tapering front and backplate spread the pressure whilst allowing good
movement (considering you are in a pair of steel underpants). Urination is
easy and drains from a hole in the silicone and metal, scrotum stays dry.
Defecation needs a little care but is not difficult. You may take a while to
get used to the upward pressure behind the balls.

The silicone rubber extends behind and under the scrotum so the belt will
project a little if you bed forward. Otherwise you might be able to wear it
under loosish clothes or a long jacket. No chance under swimming gear, the
hips are too high.

The locks are standard small padlocks and bolt cutters or careful sawing would
see them off.

Sitting down is the most restricted. You get advice when you go for the
measurements, but it pushes the belt up towards the lower ribs and there are
only a couple of half-comfortable positions. Lying or standing are both fine,
almost no change apart from the slight pressure and weight and a lower centre
of gravity.

Leaning forward can mark the skin though the low front minimizes that. You can
bruise yourself on/in it, but you have to be pretty vigorous.

It is a HUGE visual trip and at the same time a total denial instrument. 

It is quite comfortable over 12 hours or so, I have not tried it longer.
Latowski is fascinating, I would pay lots to see/try his other gear.
