(06-06-01) Site Moved The site has moved to a new server, this means the ip has changed. If you're seeing this message you're seeing the new server. I'm sure some things will be broken off and on. Please let me know if you see anything broken. I'll try to fix it as fast as possible. In other news, the new site just still isn't down. This is frustrating me greatly. So before it gets to be a year without updating I'm going to try to catch up this weekend and do a BIG update.

(11-2-00) Dowtime and Problems Well in the process of switching billing we've had some issues with the ISP. As a result we were down for about two days. But we're back up. Well sorta. Apparently, when they put us back up they messed up the DNS. So our email isn't working. Which means the forms on the site for submitting reviews etc... are broken. So if you submitted anything today please wait for further notice of it being fixed and then submit it again. Thanks for your patience as the bumps get worked out.

(10-27-00) SALE COMPLETE Well I'm the new owner. Some of you may know me as Controlled Boy from my journal. I thought I'd post a message to let you know that the purchase was ompleted and that everything was going along just fine. Nothing for the time being is going to change in any drastic way.

(10-21-00) SALE UPDATE A buyer has been found. Lockmeup.com will live on, and under new ownership. I will make a formal announcement when the deal has been completed, and the site is under the new ownership.

(10-11-00) UPDATE! I have had a few people contact me about purchasing this site. No serious offers have been made however, so I am requesting that if you are serious about purchasing the Lockmeup.com domain and web site, that you contact me ASAP. My current plan is to discontinue site operations on 10/20/00 should no buyer be found.

(9-21-00) BIGGER NEWS! The time has come. I am officially ending my term as the Webmaster of Lockmeup.com. I have had a few emails of people interested in taking over this web site. If you are truly serious, here is your chance. This web site, and domain name are now FOR SALE. The terms of sale are as follows:

Much of the content of Lockmeup.com is contributed. Contributors have given permission for the posting of this content. I cannot guarantee that they will continue to grant permission to post it to the new owner, but I do not see why they wouldn't. In the off chance that they request that content be removed, the new owner will comply with the request.

The new owner will maintain Lockmeup.com as a free web site to its visitors. Visitors will not need to pay a membership fee, or buy an expensive "Adult Check" ID or anything similar to use and access the site. (The web site is profitable based only on advertising. Interested parties can request more information on financials via email.)

In addition to the purchase price, the seller will be responsible for any domain transfer fees, as well as web hosting fees starting the date that they gain ownership.

Payment will be via PayPal or Bank Certified Check only.

All of the features, data and passwords will be conveyed and explained to the purchaser. I will provide technical support via email for a limited and reasonable time after the sale.

I plan to accept bids for 30 days, or until I receive a bid over a certain figure. The highest bidder will be notified at the end of the 30 days.
